“The body benefits from movement, and the mind benefits from stillness.”

Yoga
Balances body, mind & spirit

Yoga is a philosophy and practice.

It’s time tested techniques aim to invoke wellness and higher states of consciousness in the individual and collectively.

For most, the gateway into yoga is its physical practice, to improve health and well-being. The results are a strong and supple body, and a mind that is less fragmented. Over time, yoga changes not only your body and the lens through which you see, but your whole being. This version of yourself is most often more compassionate, happy and kind.

Vinyasa Flow

Vinyasa flow combines yoga postures, alignment, mobility and fluid movements into an intelligent and creative sequence to build strength in body and zen in mind.

Yin restore

Yin restore is a quiet contemplative practice and targets the body’s connective tissues, rather than muscle groups, through primarily passive postures and longer holds. It further helps to downregulate the nervous system from a sympathetic (fight or flight) state into a parasympathetic (rest and digest) state. This practice uses props to support the body (bolster, blocks, strap, wall).
